Ansheng Electric Shines at 26th EPOWER Expo with Full Range of Class 1 High-efficiency Transformers

From June 3 to 5, the 26th EPOWER China Electric Power Expo successfully concluded at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Guided by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, the event integrated four specialized exhibitions covering data center, long-duration energy storage and power equipment sectors. More than 1,000 power equipment manufacturers and over 53,000 professional visitors from 87 countries gathered here, focusing on new power systems, synergy between power and computing infrastructure and green energy-saving equipment. As an authoritative annual platform for technology exchange and business cooperation in power distribution industry, the expo attracted wide attention from global energy practitioners. At this exhibition, Ansheng showcased four core product lines: S20/S22 Class 1 ultra-efficient oil-immersed transformers, SCB18 high-performance dry-type transformers, SH series amorphous alloy transformers, as well as silicon steel & amorphous three-dimensional wound cores. The seamless magnetic circuit of three-dimensional wound cores cuts power loss by 20%~45%, while amorphous alloy cores achieve a maximum loss reduction of 75%. Such products perfectly fit long-term light-load operating conditions of PV, wind power, energy storage power stations and big data centers, fully aligning with China’s Dual Carbon strategy and national policies on energy-saving renovation of stock distribution networks.

During the three-day event, Ansheng’s booth received hundreds of professional visitors including purchasing representatives from national and local power grids, EPC contractors of new energy projects, overseas power distributors and infrastructure managers of industrial parks. Visitors mainly inquired about tender qualifications of Class 1 transformers, lead time for non-standard customization and supporting iron core processing services. On-site technical specialists compared the full-cycle electricity cost between traditional high-loss transformers and Ansheng’s energy-saving models in accordance with State Grid bidding specifications. The two core low-loss iron core technologies drew numerous intentional cooperation inquiries. During the parallel Green Transformer Technical Forum, Ansheng’s technical representatives held in-depth discussions with industry experts and upstream & downstream partners on ultra-low loss core manufacturing, integrated online monitoring modules and compliance with international IEC standards for export products.
