This renewable energy project focuses on supporting solar photovoltaic and wind farm power generation systems. With the rapid development of global clean energy, the client invested in a comprehensive renewable energy power project integrating solar power and wind power. Renewable energy power generation features intermittent output and unstable load, which puts forward higher requirements for transformer anti-fluctuation ability, low loss performance and outdoor weather resistance. Conventional ordinary transformers are prone to high loss, overheating and short service life in new energy scenarios. The client needed professional transformer manufacturers with mature new energy project experience to provide reliable and durable power distribution equipment.

We undertook the manufacturing and supply of 35kV/10kV step-up and distribution transformers for the renewable energy power station. The products adopt dual optional core solutions: high-efficiency amorphous alloy core for ultra-low no-load loss and high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel core for cost-effective stable operation. All transformers are designed with outdoor rainproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion structures, adapting to long-term outdoor operation of wind farms and photovoltaic power stations. We completed personalized structural optimization, batch production, full performance testing and on-time delivery, fully meeting the special power supply demands of renewable energy grid-connected power generation.

Our Solution

First, aiming at the intermittent power generation of wind and solar energy, we optimized the electromagnetic structure of the transformer to enhance load fluctuation resistance and avoid equipment heating and loss surge caused by unstable power output. Second, we adopted high-performance amorphous alloy core technology to reduce no-load loss by more than 60% compared with traditional transformers, greatly improving the power generation and power transmission efficiency of new energy stations. Third, we upgraded external anti-corrosion coating and adopted sealed waterproof structure to adapt to high wind, high humidity and strong ultraviolet outdoor environments. In addition, we implemented full-process quality testing including temperature rise test, partial discharge test and aging test to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment in renewable energy projects.
