Industrial Park Power Distribution Project | Oil-Immersed & Dry-Type Step-Down Transformer Solution
This industrial case focuses on power supply renovation for a large manufacturing industrial park. We provided a full set of high-performance oil-immersed and dry-type transformers designed for high-load industrial operation, realizing high-voltage step-down to standard 400V industrial power supply. Project Background
The large industrial manufacturing park requires stable and continuous power supply for production equipment, mechanical operation and factory auxiliary facilities. The original power distribution equipment had problems such as high operating loss, poor load resistance and insufficient safety performance, which could not adapt to long-term high-intensity industrial production. The client needed a batch of reliable step-down transformers to convert high voltage to standard 400V industrial low voltage. Meanwhile, different installation areas required differentiated products: fire-proof dry-type transformers for indoor workshops and cost-effective oil-immersed transformers for outdoor substation areas, putting forward high requirements on product diversity and operational stability.
Project Introduction
Our company undertook the overall transformer supporting supply for the industrial park power renovation project. We delivered customized dry-type transformers and oil-immersed transformers, all supporting stable step-down to 400V industrial standard voltage. The transformers adopt high-quality silicon steel core and optional amorphous alloy core solutions, featuring low no-load loss, low temperature rise and strong overload capacity. Dry-type transformers meet indoor fire safety and zero oil leakage requirements, while oil-immersed transformers provide excellent heat dissipation and long-cycle stable operation outdoors.
