National Grid Large-scale Energy-saving Distribution Transformer Supply Project

This project is a key national grid infrastructure renovation project focusing on urban and rural power distribution system upgrading. Our company provided a full batch of high-performance silicon steel core and amorphous alloy core distribution transformers for the national grid power optimization program. Project Background

To optimize regional power supply quality, reduce grid operation energy consumption and replace aging power equipment, the local national grid launched a comprehensive power distribution network upgrading project. The grid side put forward extremely strict technical standards: transformers must feature ultra-low no-load loss, strong environmental adaptability, stable all-weather operation and unified standard specifications to meet long-term grid safe power supply requirements.

 

Meanwhile, the project required short delivery cycle, batch consistency quality and complete test certification documents, which raised high demands on the manufacturer’s production strength and quality system.

In this cooperation, we supplied multiple sets of 10kV–35kV energy-saving distribution transformers, including conventional silicon steel core transformers and high-efficiency amorphous alloy core transformers, which were widely used in urban residential power supply, industrial park power distribution and outdoor substation supporting scenarios. All products strictly comply with IEC international standards and national grid technical specifications. We completed customized optimization design, batch production, full performance testing and unified packaging delivery within the required cycle. All finished products passed grid official sampling inspection and field acceptance with excellent data.

Firstly, we adopted high-purity oriented silicon steel sheets and high-quality amorphous alloy strips as core raw materials, effectively reducing transformer no-load loss and operating noise, realizing obvious energy-saving effects. Secondly, we applied F-class high-temperature resistant insulation materials and vacuum pressure impregnation technology to improve the transformer’s moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and operational stability, adapting to complex outdoor working environments. Thirdly, we implemented full-process quality inspection including raw material testing, semi-finished product size calibration, magnetic performance testing, insulation testing and finished product type testing to ensure zero defective products in batch delivery. Finally, we provided professional technical documents, installation guidelines and after-sales follow-up service to support the smooth completion of the grid project.
